Owned by consulting engineers and architects, SEYAÞ is completely independent from any
financial instituti-ons, commercial groups, contractors or manufacturers. The firm is
registered with FIDIC and FCIC while main partners are
members of ATCEA and FCIC.
Resources
SEYAÞ’s multi-disciplinary services are made available through the Firm’s own
resources as well as through its subsidiaries and affiliates forming the SEYAÞ Group,
each specializing in a particular discipline. In addition, the firm’s wide experience of
working with outside specialist companies and individuals enables it always to meet
succesfully any specific need of the clients.

The executives and the project managers of the firm are all reputable architects and
engineers possessing broad experience in their special fields of activity.
The staff of SEYAÞ comprises of fully qualified engineers,
architects, planners, together with an efficient drafting team, techno-economists,
specification writers, quantity surveyors, construction inspectors, technicians, as well
as an administration team.
In addition, SEYAÞ maintains long term
contacts with specialist consultants, university institutes and research laboratories.

Fields of Specialization
Over the years the firm has been actively engaged in planning, study, design and
supervision for a series of urban, industrial, residential, retail, office and tourism
developments including public buildings. Since its incorporation in 1974, the Group has
been increasingly involved in environment infrastructure and projects, water supply and
sanitation, irrigation, solid waste, scada systems.
SEYAÞ is also specialized in
post-earthquake rehabiliation and reconstruction projects, from assessment and planning
to design and supervision.
International Activities
International activities of SEYAÞ, started in the 80’s in North Africa, have expanded
to the Middle East, Caucasus, Central Asia and Eastern Europe towards
the end of the
90’s. SEYAÞ is registered with IBRD, IDB, ADB,
and EBRD.
Depending on the needs of the overseas
projects, the firm acts as an entity, as a consolidated group of highly experienced
consultancies from Turkey and abroad.
